sarapan cara zira

Assalamualaikum semua!
Selamat pagi awk2 dah breakfast belum?
If not yet,silakanlah ambk your breakfast k
its da most vital meal of your day tapi jgnla plak pg makan nasi lemak ayam goreng as your sarapan
berat sangat tu.
Cereals,susu,roti,telur pn da cukup
lunch nanti brulah mkn nasi
=) oh ye!
btw,this is my breakfast for today
taada!
skim milk + 2 slices toasted bread +orange + air kosong :)



and and multivitamin :) 
if bekalan orange abes,
saya just ganti dengan Scott emulsion
:)
roti tu plak biasanya saya letak jem
n kalau teringin,
just spread the kaya or peanut butter there
tapi!
hanya satu sudu kecil saya taw untuk sekeping roti
:)
jangan lebih2..
heeeeeee...
oklah..
