menu simple untuk iftar :)

Assalamualaikum
Salam 3 Ramadhan ;)
Ramadhan tahun ni, kalau bab2 makan ni, sy ada 1 matlamat.
Hehehe..
Sy tak nak beli lauk pauk or main dishes dekat bazar Ramadhan.  :)
I prefer masak.
Lebih sihat since we know the ingredients right?
No serbuk perasa, too much salt or sugar, oily.etc etc.
So,here comes the gist!menu iftar!
How to cook your food within 30minutes?
What kind of food?
Hehe..macam Rachel Ray la plak.;)..
Since I dah ade baby aisha ni, I need to manage my time very well. Time dia fall asleep, I rush to the kitchen and prepare barang2 basah.means, I kupas bawang siap2 semua,in bulk, so that when you wanna cook, just campak2 masuk kuali je hokey?.
For the vegies, for past 3 days, I cut the vegies that I planned to cook on that day only in order to retain its freshness. :).
For chicken, bersihkan siap2 n if you planned to make roasted chicken, marinated it first n keep it in the fridge. Buat awal2 xpe.perap memerap ni lagi lama lagi bagus.the taste will blend together.
So far, sejak 3 hari berpuasa ni (baru 3 hari :), so xpayah nak proud sngtla.haha ),
memang tak jejak lagi la kaki dekat bazar. Hubby pun tak. Hehe.
Untuk 1st day puasa: 
for sahur, roti pratha n keema beef (we had made the delivery for this menu since I had no idea what to cook.hahaha). I promised myself that this won't happen next time.heee.
For iftar: brown rice+fried chicken (goreng guna minyak sayuran)+ sup sawi.
Hubby just bukak puasa dengan kurma n fruits (guava, grapes n mango). Seriously, sy sngt kagum.heee.
2nd day:
Sahur, brown rice, stir fry cabbage (use olive oil)+ fried chicken. Hubby, kurma n orange juice.:)
Iftar: b.rice+tomyam ayam+ayam masak halia. Hubby, capati+chicken karahi (made by him)
Today:
Sahur, capati with last night's chicken karahi for both of us. :). I was a lil bit clumsy today.hahaha..kalut sungguh.kenapakah? Pagi tadi aisha woke up at 3.15am.usually she was awake at 4.15am. So, I thought it's 4.15am ( i tgk jam dkt dinding.tp i mamai.haha)
and already late for me to prepare our meal..
kena buat susu aisha 1st n make sure dia habiskan dulu susu tu baru boleh masuk dapur. Memang macam hampir berlarila dr bilik ke dapur. Aisha took almost half an hour to finish her milk.lama kan? Sebab sambil minum tu, dia suka main eventhough mata dia pejam.dia akan pegang pipi momma la, cari rambut la, usap tangan la..if tak jumpa, she will stop minum susu. Alahai princess momma nih. ;)..
Hubby pun makan capati yg sy buat sampai 2 keping. Happynya sy ;) !!.
 Iftar: nasi goreng[brown rice+cabbage+chicken+capsicum]. Tumis bawang merah sket guna olive oil n masukkan bahan2 di atas. Letak sikit garam.sy guna garam bukit. ;).. 
Nasi goreng cara zira. ;)..
for hubby, he bought pakoras n samosa. Tp xhabis pun dia makan td.hehe..usually, hubby will go to gym after solat terawih.:)..
 Okla..setakat ni saja entri hari ni.dah panjang bejela daaa..heee..

P/s: disclaimer: tak nak makan makanan beli tu only applies for me, not hubby.;)..one more, if hubby ajak berbuka kat luar, mmgla sy ikut n makan kat luar.hehe..
